Copper Hill Real Estate Referrals (CHRER) is a brokerage, with referral agents who are licensed to practice real estate in PA. Referral agents refer clients to practicing agents in exchange for a referral fee. Referral agents can refer clients to agents anywhere in the US, for residential or commercial transactions.
BENEFITS OF JOINING CHRER
Unlike practicing agents, referral agents do not need to pay annual dues for membership in a Realtor association, membership with an MLS, or E&O insurance. This is a cost saving of over $1,000 on annual dues!
WHO SHOULD JOIN CHRER
Agents who do not intend to practice as a real estate salesperson.
Agents who have a license in escrow, and would like to reactivate their license to earn income without practicing.
Agents who do not sell a high volume of real estate, and wish to earn income with their license without practicing.
REFERRAL COMMISSION
Referral agents can negotiate referral commission and refer clients to agents of their choice. Referral agents typically charge 25-35% of gross commission.
LICENSE
Referral agents are required to keep an active license with the state, which includes completing CE courses. There is a small fee to transfer your license.
