Anam brings over two decades of experiences and professional relationships cultivated during his time in the creative service and financial service industries to his real estate practice. Raised in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood, his extensive roots in the areas now considered Northwest Philadelphia and Lower Montgomery County reach back to the late 1600s. A graduate of Central High School and Swarthmore College, Anam is a tenacious researcher and dedicated problem solver. Although meeting and surpassing the expectations of his clients is of utmost importance to him, Anam also brings his natural warmth and welcoming demeanor to every situation while adhering to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. He enjoys biking and hiking in the Wissahickon Valley, is a pianist and composer, and is an avid fan of any and every Philadelphia sports team.
