Otto Harris Eckstut owned the legendary MontSerrat Restaurant on South Street in Philly for over 20 years and has over 30 years experience in the independent restaurant industry. He was the Founding Chair of the South Street/Headhouse District in Philadelphia - one of America’s first “small” BIDs as well as its 1st Zoning Committee Chair. Harris brokers/sells/acquires restaurants and properties. Harris advises and implements restaurant business plans, opening & operating budgets, financing, investor scenarios, and restaurant turnarounds strategies for independent restaurant owners, banks, attorneys, investors, and landlords. Harris also works with developers, small business improvement districts, and Municipal authorities on restaurant and business development.
