ABOUT

Kim moved to the Philly area for college and fell in love with the people and the culture. Aside from a few years abroad, she has called the greater Philadelphia area home for 15 years! She lived in a beautiful 1930s home in Manayunk for 6 of those and that’s where she grew a love of old homes and decided being a realtor was a great way to see a lot of old homes and help people at the same time. She loves vintage design, can’t get enough of old woodwork, and swoons over Philly victorians. She now lives in her own mid century home in Drexel Hill and is fully embracing her suburban life.

When she isn’t working in real estate she’s training dogs as a certified professional dog trainer, going on hikes with her own two rescue dogs Indy and Fitz, fostering kittens for local rescues, and volunteering. She can tell you the best places to take your dogs for a hike or a beer.

Manayunk! I love that Manayunk has great shops, trails, and restaurants. There is always something to do in Manayunk.

What is your favorite local restaurant?

I love Fiorinos in East Falls. It feels like I’m having dinner at my Italian grandma’s house and it is BYOB!
