Park’s Edge Condos, located on the edge of Fairmount Park and in the former home of Bergdoll Brewery, is a 24-unit luxury condominium conversion. Most, if not all, of the condos are 1 bedroom bi-level loft style units where the bedroom is elevated overlooking the rest of the unit.
