The Wanamaker House is located just off the square on Walnut St. between 20th and 21st streets. The building consists of 333 units, and like some of the buildings actually on Rittenhouse Square, the roof is home to an outdoor pool with amazing skyline views. But, in addition to the views from the roof, many of the units also provide spectacular sights of the city. Other amenities include: fitness center, sauna, exercise room, and hospitality suite. As parking is difficult to come by in the neighborhood, the attached parking garage is a desirable feature. The parking spaces are deeded, but you can often find someone interested in renting their space if purchasing one is not an option for you.
