Ian is a homeowner in South Philadelphia’s East Passyunk neighborhood and a member of the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association. He has been living in the Greater Philadelphia area for a number of years and has extensive knowledge of its different neighborhoods, with a focus on South Philadelphia.
